These terms apply to your use of blasterbrigade.com and to party rentals from Blaster Brigade ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them.

Our services

Blaster Brigade provides mobile foam, gel and water blaster parties. We bring the equipment to your home, park or chosen venue, set it up, and clean up afterwards. Prices and inclusions for each unit are listed on the Packages page and are for a 2-hour equipment rental.

Date requests are not bookings

Submitting the Request a Date form sends us a request. It is not a confirmed booking until we reply by phone or email to confirm it. Prices on the website, and any quote for a longer rental or extra ammunition, are not binding until we confirm them with you.

Safety

• Safety glasses are required for every participant for the whole party. We provide them.
• Each unit has a recommended minimum age: 4+ for the Mobile Foam Unit and the Mobile Water Unit, and 13+ for the Mobile Gel Unit.
• Players must follow the safety instructions we give at the party.

Damage to equipment

Any damage to gear will result in purchase of the item, unless it is deemed to be a normal wear and tear issue.

Longer rentals and extra ammunition

Longer rentals are available at a discounted rate. For the Mobile Gel Unit, additional ammunition is available for a surcharge, or you can supply your own. We'll quote these when we confirm your date.

The text, logo, photos and other content on this site belong to Blaster Brigade or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.

Links to other sites

Our site links to Instagram and Facebook. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided "as is" and may change without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, Blaster Brigade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.
